How it works

Arrange a white sheet of paper under the foot and lean your heel against the wall. Make sure that the paper does not move, fixing at the floor with tape.

Track with a pen or pencil the outline of your foot or ask someone to do it for you. The feet often have slightly different dimensions, therefore repeat the process with the other foot. Then enter the longest foot measures into the system.

Use a ruler to measure the length of the foot in cm (distance between the heel and the longest finger) and the width (distance between internal metatarsus and external metatarsus).
